Our Story: fresh perspective began in 2019 as a family run business. owner, leland Harmell, set out to make the best black garlic on the market. He had a vision- buy the best quality Garlic, best equipment and master the technique. fast forward to today, we are pumping out 4-5,000 pouds of garlic monthly.
